1/3 cup European OR Dutch-process cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups 2% milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Lite whipped topping, optional
Chocolate curls, optional
Substitute 1-1/2 cups Equal Spoonful for the packets.
