12 packets Equal® sweetener 1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 package (6 ounces) dried mixed fruit, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
8 medium tart baking apples
Cooking spray
Substitute 1/2 cup Equal Spoonful for the packets.
