Strawberry Kiwi Smoothies

A creamy rich drink combining the popular flavors of strawberries, kiwi and orange juice. Blended with vanilla yogurt, you get 3 grams of protein for only 120 calories per serving!

Ingredients

1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
4 medium size kiwi, peeled, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup Equal® Spoonful*
2 cups frozen unsweetened whole strawberries

* May substitute 12 packets Equal sweetener

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients except strawberries in blender or food processor; cover. Process until smooth. Add strawberries, and process until smooth.
  • Serve immediately in tall glasses.
