Summer Coffee Cooler

A perfectly sweetened treat with hints of cinnamon and almonds. It’s a cool and creamy pick-me-up for steamy summer days.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cups brewed French roast coffee
4 packets Equal® or 8 teaspoons Equal® Granular sweetener (Spoonful)
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 cup condensed milk


Preparation

  • Combine the ground cardamom, ground cinnamon and coffee grounds in a bowl.
  • Brew 4 cups of the ground mixture.
  • Stir Equal sweetener and almond extract into the hot coffee.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • When cool, add condensed milk and refrigerate until ready to use (up to 6 hours).
  • Pour chilled coffee mixture in ice-filled glasses and stir.

Makes 4 glasses
