Fruit Smoothies

Serves 2 1 cup orange juice 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt 1 peeled and frozen banana, cut into pieces 1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries OR raspberries 6 packets Equal sweetener TIP: To freeze banana, peel and cut into 1-inch pieces. Place in plastic bag, seal and freeze several hours. Substitute 1/4 cup Equal Spoonful for the packets.
