Ham Steak with Tangy Raisin Sauce

1 ham steak (about 1-1/2 pounds)
1-1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1-1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons light molasses
1 cup water
1/2 cup raisins
12 packets Equal sweetener 1 tablespoon butter
Canned pineapple slices, optional
Substitute 1/2 cup Equal Spoonful for the packets.
