3 cans (15 oz. each) canned sliced peaches in extra light syrup, drained
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
18 packets Equal® sweetener 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pastry for single crust 9-inch pie
2 packets Equal sweetener 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Substitute 3/4 cup Equal Spoonful for the packets.
Substitute 4 teaspoons Equal Spoonful for the packets. Substitute 2 packages (16 ounces each) frozen unsweetened sliced peaches, thawed, for the canned. Increase Equal to 24 packets (1 cup Equal Spoonful).
