Serves 4 1/4 cup creamy OR chunky peanut butter 3 packets Equal® sweetener 1-1/2 tablespoons hot water 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce 1-1/2 teaspoons dark sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 4 cups fresh broccoli florets 1/2 cup chopped red pepper 1/4 cup sliced green onion 1 clove garlic, crushed Substitute 2 tablespoons Equal Spoonful for the packets.
