Three Bean Salad
Serves 6
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
5 packets Equal sweetener 1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) cut green beans, drained
1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Substitute 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon Equal Spoonful for the packets.
