Serves 8 1 cup finely chopped red onions

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons minced parsley
3 packets Equal sweetener 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can (15 ounces) great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
Red and green bell pepper rings, optional
