Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

Two favorites – chocolate chips and peanut butter – combined in vanilla dough. Oats help to keep them moist – if they last that long!

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar-free syrup

- 2 large egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 24 packets Equal® sweetener*
- 3/4 cup quick oats, uncooked
