A mousse-like filling complete with “chips” for the chocolate lover in all of us! Plus, it’s easy to prepare. Enjoy!

Fluffy Refrigerator Double Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
12 packets Equal® sweetener*
2 squares (2 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate, melted, cooled
2 cups frozen liTE whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 prepared graham cracker crust (6 ounces OR 9-inch)
Fresh fruit, optional
Fresh mint, optional

*Substitute 1/2 cup Equal Spoonful for the packets.

Preparation

Beat cream cheese in a medium size bowl with electric mixer until fluffy. Mix in Equal until blended. Beat in chocolate until well combined. Gently fold in whipped topping and chocolate chips. Spoon into prepared crust.
Refrigerate several hours before serving. Garnish each serving with fresh fruit and mint, if desired.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
