Fresh tasting dessert sauce using frozen unsweetened strawberries, Equal® for sweetness and a hint of lemon juice.
Strawberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 packets Equal sweetener*
*Substitute 1/4 cup Equal Spoonful for the packets.
Preparation
- Place strawberries in food processor or blender; cover. Process until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and Equal®. Refrigerate until serving time.
- Serve over fresh fruit, frozen yogurt or cheesecake.
